The following spend categories are excluded from earning Miles:

  • Fuel
  • Casino chips
  • ATM cash withdrawals
  • Cash Payments
  • Debit Orders

LEAVING CLUBMILES

If, for whatever reason, you decide to de-link your Diners Club card from the programme your Miles will remain valid for three years, provided you remain a Diners Club member.

During that time you can access your profile, redeem Miles, and even top them up. However, we are confident that once you have switched to ClubMiles you will never want to switch again.

You may close your ClubMiles account at any time. It is your responsibility to Redeem your Miles before closing your ClubMiles account, failing which the Miles will be lost*
