The security of our members’ cards is our top priority. We have a number of ways of helping you protect your card, including:

  • Our MyUpdates transaction notification service.
  • Access to our call centre 24 hours a day in case you require us to stop your card.
  • A personal call to you when a transaction needs verification.
  • A facility whereby you can call our Member Service Centre on 086-DINERS (346377) (South Africa) or +27 11 358 8500 (International) to report lost or stolen cards.
  • The ability to use your Diners Club Card to transact with EMV because the card comes with a chip and PIN.

Remember to let us know before you travel internationally so that we can ensure your card works outside of South Africa.
